Advanced Automotive Technology (AATP620)
AATI designed this program for automotive technicians who are presently working in the field with the necessity to update their technical knowledge in specific areas of the Automotive Service industry, such as Air Conditioning, Electrical and Electronic Systems, Antilock Brake Systems, Fuel Injection, Alignment, Steering and Suspension, Diesel Update, Electronic Measurements, Oscilloscope, Scanner, Emission Analyzer, and Onboard Diag. (OBD II).

Each specialty may be taken individually. You must be employed in the field, have a minimum of two (2) years experience or have taken the same module from the Automotive Technology Program. Upon completion of each specialty, the institute will award a certificate, with the completion of the program a diploma will be awarded. In order to obtain the certifications required by Miami-Dade and Broward County, students must pass the AATI or ASE certification exams.




Automotive Transmission (ATP300)
AATI designed this program for automotive technicians who are presently working in the field with the desire to specialize themselves in the field of manual and/or automatic transmission.

Automotive Certification Preparation (ATP320)
AATI designed this program for Automotive Technicians who are currently working in the field, to help them study, review technical knowledge, and seek additional reference material to pass the American Advanced Technicians Institute, Corp. and/or the Automotive Service Excellence Certification Exams. Passing the certification exams, proves the automotive technician has the capacity and the ability to perform at a high-level. Thus showing their employers and customers the skills needed to further customer trust and improving the image of Automotive Technicians.

Each specialty lasts 20 hours of class, including 4 hours of review. They may be taken individually.

You must be employed in the field for at least 2 years to be eligible for the preparation courses mentioned above.

Upon completion of each specialty, the institute will award a letter of completion and with the completion of the program a diploma will be awarded.

In order to obtain the licenses required by Miami-Dade and Broward County, students must pass the AATI or ASE certification exams.
